Lion Corporation has once again been selected for inclusion in the leading ESG investment indices, the FTSE4Good Index Series and the FTSE Blossom Japan Index. Lion has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series for 14 consecutive years, and in the FTSE Blossom Index for five consecutive years.
The FTSE4Good Index Series and the FSTE Blossom Japan Index were developed by FTSE Russell for ESG investment. The FTSE Blossom Index is used as a benchmark for ESG-based passive investment by Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), one of the world’s largest public pension management organizations.
Going forward, Lion will strive to strengthen our ESG activities in order to realize a sustainable society, in line with our founding spirit of “benefitting society through business activities.”
